Learn to Knit!
Interested in learning how to knit, but feeling a bit intimidated? Learned to knit a long time ago, but you’d like a refresher class? Looking for a new hobby? Want to do something fun with a couple of friends? Thinking of holiday gifts you can create?
I’ll be there to support you from your first cast on stitch and guide you through all the skills needed to make 4 complimentary textured coasters: garter, ridge, basket weave, and plaid.
Skills covered: long tail cast on, knit, purl, combining knit and purl stitches to make a pattern, bind off, reading a pattern, checking gauge, felting basics.
