Catch a Falling Star Vest

My hope was to design a comfy layer for kids. I was delighted when the recipient of this vest didn’t want to take it off!
This cropped vest design is worked flat in garter stitch, then seamed at shoulders and sides. Rolled neck and armhole facings applied using Magic Loop technique. Pocket worked separately. I-cord attached to pocket. Star center worked in the round, while points are worked in rows.
Vest provides plenty of space for active play and doesn’t get in the way of twirling to catch a falling star.
