Pattern creates a rectangular shape, knit flat, then folded in half and seamed along the upper edge.
Poncho features garter st border at the upper edge and mohair garter border at the lower edge.
Overall motifs are gentle ripples of stockinette and eyelet (fingering held alone), garter (fingering and mohair/silk held together), and stockinette (mohair held alone).
Pattern is one size, and can be easily modified in both upper edge neck opening, as well as width and depth per preference.
You will need an extra skein of fingering yarn and likely need an extra skein of mohair for width and/or length modifications.
Note: Sample used all but a tiny strand of fingering weight yarn, so I used mohair held double for seaming.

Long tail cast on, Knit, Purl,K2tog, YO, Stretchy BO, Blocking, Weaving in ends.

Needle Size: US 7 / 4.5 mm 40” / 102 cm circular needle or needle size to get gauge.
Gauge: Texture: Refers to garter, stockinette, and eyelet motif pattern, aggressively blocked: 19 sts and 31 rows = 4” / 10 cm.
Gauge isn’t crucial, as it’s a poncho, but being off-gauge may affect the finished size and the yardage required.
