Walking along the shore, or anywhere, on cold days calls for an extra layer. I’ve always enjoyed the feel of fresh, crisp air by any shore. Winter Harbor Cowl is a great project for a new knitter, or an experienced knitter looking for a relaxing pattern, as well as a quick gift for giving or keeping.
